Viyaan is a 11 year old kid that is passionate about racing and dreams to win a F1 race one day. Born in Surrey, BC, Canada to a US mother, he is a dual citizen of Canada and USA with tradition and cultural roots from Indian parents.

At the age of 5, he moved from Canada to US with his family and settled in the pacific Northwest region (Seattle).

He for the first time got in front of a wheel in Jan 2022 at K1Speed Seattle at the age of 8. Eventually he ended up driving there frequently and set monthly best times and started racing Junior K1 League. After realizing what driving a kart feels like, and wanting more; he ended up in Mini Swift 60cc GFC RR5 cadet kart at PSGKA during a March 2022 club race (which he ended up winning).

Off track - Viyaan is known to be a very kind, humble, and empathetic person that truly cares about all racers and likes to be a friend with everyone. He is introvert at beginning but happy to spend time with friends once they break the ice.

In addition to Racing, Viyaan loves travelling with family around the world, loves playing Chess (lichess @viyaan0714 ), part of local swim team, a Taekwondo junior black belt, and an avid gamer/programmer. He is also a book worm and loves reading comics and fiction.
